SPECIAL TERMS for 2025 SALES:

1. All sales made on this site are final and nonrefundable. We can assist with transfers if your plans change and another qualified buyer is found, but we cannot cancel any completed orders.

2. All on-site guests must complete Play On Con membership pre-registration before attending. This includes complying with any pre-registration requirements set by the convention, the host property, and/or any applicable government entity. Possible pre-registration requirements include providing proof of age/identity, verification of payment, and/or waiver of liability. Any such requirements will be communicated by Play On Con management, emailed to the address you provide with this order. Any person who fails to complete our pre-registration process before attending will forfeit any purchases related to their on-site attendance.

3. Certain areas of the property may be off limits to Play On Con attendees, and some activities may be limited to specific locations (Ex: designated smoking area). Instructions from Play On Con and/or Alabama 4-H Center management in this regard must be followed.

4. Property services such as the hotel front desk and housekeeping may be limited or unavailable. Essential services will be facilitated by Play On Con staff.

Price includes a private Alabama 4-H Center hotel room for the Wednesday before Play On Con 2025 and all applicable taxes ($169/nt, 11% tax). Check-in is at 4PM on Wednesday, and check-out is at 10AM on Thursday. Late check-in will be possible at any hour, but check-out can be no later than 10AM. If you also have a hotel room reserved for the rest of the convention, your reservations will be linked to the same room number, and you will not actually need to check in or out on Thursday. If you have a reservation for a dorm or cottage that you'd like to move into before 4PM on Thursday, or if you'd like to check into this hotel room earlier than 4PM on Wednesday, it will be subject to 4-H Center approval, but you can email your request to hospitality@playoncon.com, and we'll do our best to arrange things for you.

All of the Center’s hotel rooms have two queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower. They’re much like any other hotel rooms, though they’re a little larger than most, and there are a few other things you might not expect. The rooms have flat panel televisions, but they also have metal keys. Towels are provided, but you should definitely bring extras, particularly for the pool. Soap is provided, but shampoo and conditioner are not. The rooms don't have coffee pots, microwaves, or refrigerators, but there is an ice machine. So you’re still at camp, but you’re there in comfort!
